All Ministers of the Word are kindly requested to complete the Online Ministers of the Word Registration Form.

𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 – 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

This section is to be completed by the Minister of the Word, providing the required personal and ministry-related details.

𝟮. 𝗨𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗯𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺

At the end of Section 1, there is a tab to upload the Presbytery form. For your convenience, the Presbytery form is attached for completion and signing, after which it can be uploaded to the online form.

𝟯. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮 – 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗯𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆

This section is to be completed by the Presbytery. You are welcome to review this section to ensure everything is in order or to complete it using sample Presbytery information as part of your testing.

Your cooperation will help ensure that your name is correctly recorded in the URCSA General Synod Official Register of the Ministers of the Word.
